storage folder not found

hi to all, I m beginner in smart device application. I want to run the sendsms program given by msdn.It needs to keep frillstub.exe in storage folder.But it failed to find storage folder. Can anybody tell me where is storage folder located in smartphone. How smartphone shares memory in PC. Plz Help me.
