Default Session Problems in .NET 2.0

I run my own web server at home for some testing. It's IIS with .NET 1.x and 2.0 - most of my web content uses .NET 1.x. I recently put the 2.0 on and started testing a few pages which all work fine, except for Session variables. Anyone know why my Session variables would work on my other sites but not on the 2.0 site?...and what I might try to fix this...?
