Default dropdownlistbox and menu

I'm developing a webapplication wherein I'm using javascript menu.It works fine for all the webcontrols except dropdownlistbox.The menu goes below the dropdownlisbox.i.e. the dropdownlistbox overlaps the menu items.Is there any soln for the same?
