Hi guys I need one help!!
In Outlook, Contacts are retrieved from Exchange server (Global address list whenever u press the To button in the Mail U will get) the address list
All the contacts details are stored in Exchange server. Whenever a person joins in a company
a mail id will be created in server and his details are stored in Active directory
Similarly how to store the appointment details of each and every person in the Exchange server is there any option??
i need to see all the appoinments & Tasks for my employess(from my calender or via seperate C# or
VB windows application) in my organization.
is there any option ?? How to do that

If u r using Microsoft exchange server, our mails are configured there only. u can check it by going to TOOLS --> Email accounts
From there only u will get mails based on u r profile
since in our project for every person in the network ( whose mail id are in MS Exchange server) has to see every others appoinment
since it is a similar concept related to "Contact which maintained in MS Exchange server" .But how to do that?
There is option in outlook called shared folder
with which u can access other persons mail,Task,Appoinment,contacts etc
if the other person ( whom u r accessing ) should give the permission
u can open his calendar from your machine ( from OPEN SHARED CALENDER OPTION)
I have already tried this option since it is Time consuming one i need another solution
think if it is organization with head counts is more than 10000
if every one want to see each others appoinment means he has to do manually give the permission level
it will be a tedious process
if a person moves out of the company u need to manually delete permission that is not at all feasible
is there any other option ???????
