deploying custom webcontrol

Hi everyone,
I am trying to build custom web control.I have used the custom control desinger class for the web custom control that determines the UI of the control. I can drag and drop my custom control on .aspx page and is visible at design time.But control remain invisible when web page is run.I think the custom control i built lack sufficient permissions to get loaded during run time.If anyone can help me with the piece of code to provide permissions for the control to run on the web,your help will be greatly appreciable, thank you all
