Default referring methods from different project in VS

Hi All

I am facing a strange problem ...I have made the structure with DAL,BLL and front side asp projects like we do in projects with layers. The problem is I am not able to refer the methods from other project during coding time..although I am able to refer during run time. I am adding the dll's of one project into another as reference. Please help me as I am struggling on this for last two days and I am sure there must be just small changes in the setings and many people must have answers for this.

thank you

Amit :)
