Binding handle in .Net2

I have installed .Net 2 and VB Express edition. Both installed successfully without a hitch. But when I run a prog from VB IDE,getting a message "Unable to start debugging..The binding handle is invalid". What's this "binding handle"? Do I need to configure .Net 2 in any way? pls help me out..
