COM Exception while run the C# Application

Hi All,

When i run the .NET application (which has been developed under C#), i am getting the following error message.

------------------------------------------------------------
An unhandled exception of type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException'occurred in TDSEventsTester.exe

Additional information: COM object with CLSID {9926D1CF-F158-418F-A9A2-B653B497D982} is either not valid or not registered.
------------------------------------------------------------

Kindly go through the above and let me the solution ASAP.
