How to create a shortcut of my application on the

Hi..
i want my application to run from the right click menu of desktop... From where we refresh our desktop..that one.
Is there any installer that can do this... or shoud have i to first write code for this
and call that application... during the installation of my default appplication.

I am using vb.net 2005
Plz help me out... need it urgently
