VB .Net 2003 Help

Hi
My first time posting, I need help or advice with a coding problem.
The problem: write a program to convert litres to gallons (1 gallon = 4.546 litres)this program should output the converted values for each whole litre and each half-gallon interspersed in a table (up to 10 litres)I am totally lost and need some direction if any one can help.
