convert a RTF text into HTML tag

Hi to all,

I wrote a code to convert a RTF content into HTML tags. and i will send that html tags to collection of mail address. at the receiver end i will shows the exact a output message,what i was typing in the richtextbox control.

any one know about this pls share with me....
