RF Card Reader Interfacing with windows App

Hi to all,

I am new to development.I would like to know how the RFCard Reader can be interface with Windows Application of DotNet.

I am having MullionReader(CardReader) and one dll related to that reader.That dll consists of methods like how to read the information from reader(ReadData,writeData etc).

Just i want to know how to interface.

Please helpme out quickly.
