Default refreshing a webcam page

The still .jpg is uploaded OK (can see the changed file by pressing F5) but there must be a way to refresh the page so the viewer see the newly uploaded page.

Any ideas?

Add this tag to the head of the page containing the image.
[code]<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="3">[code]
Change the 3 to the number of seconds between each refresh.
