Text Wrapping within a Table

Hi
I would Like to know How to Restrict the size of a table and enable text wraping?.I am actually fetching data from database and flooding it in a table,now if there is a lot of data , it is displayed in a single long line which is not good.

In IE you can try

Also take a look at overflow in CSS.
