Default Making a Forum

Hi all, haven't been here before, but how would I go about creating a forum for my website. Even just a little one would be cool. I'd like to have it self-contained, and any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

If you looking for an ASP based solution, just check for a complete and freely available forum on the following URL

I have yet to see really good ASP based forum. Except for being slow, many ASP forums have problems to get their content indexed by Google. The content of most phpbb forums is indexed fine.

Personally I think P2P (asp based) is very fast, much faster than many other forums I've been to.

We used ASP.NET Forum by JitBit software. They have a free version with their advertising bug, and a full version with source files. Even the free version is fully master page based so you can tailor it right into your own website styles.
