Default HTMLAREA question

 Sirs,

I have this doubt. I wanted to know if HTMLarea supports copy pasting from Microsoft word. Incidentially,I use it on a form page.So the Html-formatted data is added to a MySQL database, the confirmation page shows that it has been added. But when I retrieve the data the content doesnt show. Why does this happen?
The content is suposed to go into a MySQL field of type TEXT.
Is there a solution ?????
Its killing me and stopping me from going any further with development.
HELP !!
Thanks.

In short you can copy and paste content from Word into your form element. Without having a look at the code I don't think I could comment on why it isn't working for u.

It works for me. I'm using HTMLArea 3.0. I tested in Mozilla 1.8 alpha 5 and IE 6 with Word 2000.

Regards,
Rich
