Default html form - save help

I have created an html form. It will not be on a server, just on the viewers hard drive. They will open it, fill in the form, and then I want to save it with their content added to their hard drive. Does anyone have the code to do this?

I guess you need to explain more ... Not clear on what you are trying to achieve!

Very simple but security restructions can still apply. The best way would be to use an HTA which is almost as trusted as an application.
