Default change from two frames to just one frame

i have a frameset setup
frame1 = top.asp
frame2 = bottom.asp

the code below lies in bottom.asp, when the link is clicked it only changes the content
in the frame2 (bottom.asp). When this is clicked I want to disregard the whole frameset setup and
go back to just one frame?

Code:
<td colspan="3" align="center" bordercolor="#000000" bgcolor="#006699"
onMouseOver="this.bgColor = '#C0C0C0'; this.style.color='#000000'; style.cursor='hand'; window.status='';"
onMouseOut="this.bgColor = '#006699'; this.style.color='#FFFFFF'; window.status='';"
onClick="location.href='admin_menu.asp'">

Admin Menu

</td>
