     i am working on asp, sql platform. i need to know, how to populate one selection box by selecting another

for ex: if i select a country in one selection Box , the states should appear for that country in another selection box ...

Please iam stuck at the client location and in a dreadened situation ,
iam able to populate the second corresponding selection box on the submit button(using reponse.wirte method) , but they want it to be automatic on the selection of the first selection box

You can use the drop-down's onchange event to automatically submit the form to the server whenever a new selection is made...
