Excel Reload in Browser

There is a HTML file which has a link to an Excel in Server. This Excel file keeps on updated time to time. How to refresh or reload the Excel file which is opened in the Browser? There is a web toolbar available in Excel but which is not shown up when the page is opened in Browser. Any help will be highly appreciated.
