Default Please help me.....

I got menu bar from some website.
how can i put it in the page where page structure is :-

                       frame1
----------------------------------------------
                       frame2

I want to display menu bar in frame1.and sub menus should not cut at the frame 1 border. They should display. how i can do this?

The simple css menu is given there.
