     I have html page. now i want to convert it to Chtml that user can access this side from mobile. how i will i do it? is there any tool or editor to do it ? is there anyone who can help me? Is there anyone who can give me a example code? Please help me. i need this urgent.

There isn't much difference between the 2.

In any case i don't know of any tool that will do it for you.
