Default IE 7 form select options

Has anybody else had this problem or is this something to do with my Internet Explorer 7 (default settings). Also would somebody mind going to a page and testing it.

My issue is that in IE 7 when I go to a select menu, created from an php array, and try to select an option. IE7 comes up with the yellow bar "Pop-up blocked. To see this pop or additional options click here". These are select menus???

If anybody can do me a major go to this form (don't worry you don't have to fill it out) and just see if you can select a state I would greatly appreciate it.
