how do I start to design,program and host.

best thing to do would be learn HTML first, and then CSS and then JavaScript.....don't go onto server-side languages such as PHP, ASP and Perl until you have got to grips with the first three.

Hi Benny! Welcome to the forum.

I agree, find a free hosting service like yahoo Geocities. Then buy a book on HTML, or look up some tutorials on the internet and just start. You can be up and coding some basic HTML within 15 minutes of reading this reply. It's not complicated stuff. You'll spend most of your time registering for your Yahoo ID.
