If I send 1 mail to 1000 mail address at a time.

what happen, will my domain get banned?

Please guide me.

It isn't the number of emails you send. The question is if they are unsolicited.

That doesn't matter either. Did the recipients ask to receive commercial email from you? E.g. did they somewhere check a box confirming that's what they want?

No, All email address not belong to my members list. i am looking for new members.

Simply put: if you send out 1000 emails to people that did not explicitly ASK you to send them said email that is spam and the possiblity of getting your domain banned exists.
