Default UML diagram

Hi,

Is it possible/necessary to use UML diagram in webpage? how does it work?
is it similar to flowchart where it is located on background of a program and it is display-able?

i find it a little bit hard to understand even though I've search about this from Google.

best regards,
smuff

Possible, yes; you could include a jpeg of the UML chart.

Necessary, probably not.

UML is a visual language for describing object oriented programs - you draw classes or objects and how they're connected.
