Default frame problem

i have a page with two frame. The one on the left is the hyperlink and the right frame will change accordingly to the option choosen in the left frame. The right frame will have a submit button and when it is clicked, a new page will be opened on the right frame.
My question is : How can i make the opened page to be without the frame after the submit button is clicked?

add a target="_top" attribute to the relevant tag (if its a regular html submit button then add the target attribute to the form tag, if its a hyperlink then add it to the a tag).
