Hi All

Is there anyway I can get a table row to change colour depending on whether a check box is (in that particular row) is checked or not?

Conditional Formatting doesn't appear to have this as a working option.

Hello Joe,

You can put a Conditional Formatting on the Repeating table that whenever the Check box is selected the Row gets colored

Follow these steps
Open the Repeating Table properties, select Display tab --> Conditional
Formatting Button.
Click on the Add button
Select the Check Box field in the First DDL and Is equal to in Second DDL
Enter the text Yes in the Third DDL
Then select the shading and click OK three times to save the Condition

Whenever you select the Check box the entire row will be colored.

Well I seem to have type... option in office 2003 but not 2007.

(2003 at work, 2007 at home)

I've tried it in both places and still it won't work.

I did the
First DDL = Check Box field
Second DDL = "Is equal to"
Third DDL = Yes

and altered the shading box but it doesn't work...

argh!

Am I doing something wrong?
