Hello, I have Sharepoint 2007 but I only have Infopath 2003
Can anybody help by giving me advice on how to configured a Form that can be used in Sharepoint 2007 that uses a very basic approval workflow

Very simple form

First user would fill
Number of Meals
Requested Date

Another user (Approver manager ) would fill:
Select Approve Yes / no
Comments

Should I create a form will all the content and divided it
in two section or should I use two views?

How do I publish the form in sharepoint to take advantage of that product workflow technology
