Unhappy Complex Form Query

Hi am new to both this forum and to Infopath. Not sure if this is classed as an infopath question or sharepoint or both?. let me first say I am not a programmer or a developer, but more of a power user (self trained) so please bear with me.

I am using both Shareppoint 2010 & Infopath 2010. I have created an infopath form for our company to use, I have split the form into many sections, the first section will be completed by one person, but the remaining sections will need to be completed by individuals such as supervisors of the originator and other departments etc.

As I have no previous experience, I have no idea how to get the form to load the various views in Shrepoint so that when one person has completed their section and saved the form, the next person will be notified and be able to go into sharepoint and open up the form, but only with the ability to see the sections they need to complete. Potentially this form will be seen by at least 3 deparrtments/people who will need to input. I have requested digital signatures in parts of the form, as audit trail of who agreed to what.

I have read many blogs on views, rules etc, but am still no further forward on how to integrate the form seamlessly (I guess it does not help being just a user). I realise this is a complex question, but does anyone have any thoughts or advice they can give on this, as I am lost as to which direction to turn.
