Can't access http://localhost... with Firefox

I'm able to display the test page successfully using Internet Explorer, but when I try using Firefox, I get prompted for a name and password - this despite having "Windows Integrated Authentification" unchecked under Properties in Administration for ISS. I've looked through Options in Firefox but can't see anything that looks relevant. Can anybody help?
