Onload with AJAX

I have a problem with ajax:

1.- I load any archive html with a div
2.- In the div I load another page with ajax.
3.- In the last page I have a function in onload.
4.- This function are not execute.

How can solvent this problem?

(IÂ´m Spanish. Sorry for my english)
