Default retreive function/Line from macro or function?

hi,
I would like to know if it exists a system(functions/Macros) that allows us to retreive the line , function name ... like in C?(for example a custom exception gets the function name and line in which it is created, before beeing thrown)

thanks in advance.

Michael.
