Default IBM WebSphere Web Services Development

I am new to IBM webSphere application Server Programming.I am trying to create a simple webservices application using IBM Webservices developers Kit (WSDK) . I have created all the server side source files and classes ,I referred to some examples in the WSDK , it has a file named mapping.xml , how do i create that mapping.xml and do i need to use any external tools to create it .Kindly give me the details as to how to create and run a Webservices in IBM websphere Server.
