Default Improve skills and gain experience

Hi,

 I'm from London and i am looking for an opportunity to work in an organization to improve my skills in J2EE and doesn't matter if it is an unpaid jobs because my main intention is to learn and to earn good experience. If there is anyone from London who knows any organization which provides opportunity to freshers, can you pls mail me. I have a very basic knowledge in Java,J2EE,RMI,EJB,UML and iam looking for an opportunity to improve my knowledge in them.
