Default Frequent prompts 4 password mod_ntml.so in apache

Hi,
I have used mod_ntlm.so module in Apache on Linux machine. When I try to access the web site hosted on Apache with mod_ntlm.so module configurations it is authenticating the the NTLM user. But the problem is that it is prompting the dialog box asking for user name and password very frequently.
I have tried with unofficial mod_ntlm.so module too.
Can anyone suggest me the solution for this problem?

fresher.
