Default jetty-5.1.11RC0 on the pocketpc 2003 second editio

Hello.....
anybody using jetty-5.1.11RC0 on the pocketpc 2003 second edition....

i have tried. with jvm IBM's j9...
with command \j9\PPRO10\bin\j9.exe -jar \jetty-5.1.11RC0\start.jar
ends with errors.....as follows....

java.lang.NumberFormatException:
