You must specify your field of work. For example IntelliJ is a perfect tool for general Java coding. It aids programmer in many different ways. But it suffers from the lack of a perfect GUI builder and in that case JBuilder is better. But if you are going to do enterprise programming or web programming, it much more easier to use IntelliJ, since it gives you an step by step configuration wizard, and you can manage it better. But the best ,which you didn't mension it is eclipse IDE which has all features in one place. So shift to eclipse!!!
