Default Jasper Reports Xls export

Hello

I'm kinda new in JasperReports and have a question regarding to the xls export. Is it possible to generate xls with for example blocked first row? What I have in mind is the option which you can choose in excel:
Window->Freeze panes.
Can this "freeze panes" be done in JasperReports?

Thanks in advance!
Kuba

Hi,
I think the JasperReports article on
http://aspalliance.com/1140_Creating..._JasperReports
 may be helpful in this discussion.

This popular white paper is written by a software engineer from our organization Mindfire Solutions (http://www.mindfiresolutions.com).

I hope you find it useful!

Cheers,
Byapti

Thumbs up Exporting reports from JasperReports in Excel, Word and PowerPoint formats

Aspose is going to introduce Aspose.Cells for JasperReports in near future for converting reports from JasperReports in Excel format. Currently, Aspose enables JasperReports developers to export their reports in PowerPoint (PPT, PPS) and Word document (DOC, DOCX, HTML and TXT) formats.
