Default Java Script only works for IE Browser....Help??

Someone wrote the java script on this page for filling out a registration form for counselling at SCORE in Portland Oregon at this URL:
http://scorepdx.org/form641.htm
We are a volunteer organization and are getting complaints about it working only for IE and not for the other browsers. We have been telling our clients to use IE and having been getting push back from those who can't. Can you please tell us how to change the script so this works for all the other browsers. I am a volunteer counsellor for SCORE in Portland.
Thanks
