Default How to run java file in netbeans 5

Hi

i am a newbie in java programming..
i had downloaded some source code from planetsourcecode.com for learning, but i don't know how to run or execute it.
could anyone help me?

i have installed jdk and jre on my notebook and also netbeans.
and already add the path to environment variables.
