Default Accessing User Roles in MS Access through Java

Dear All,
Currently my requirement is to migrate the back end database of an application from ORACLE to MS ACCESS. Now the problem is that the menu items are used to appear in the current application are on the basis of the roles that are defined for a specific user. Can any one help me regarding, how to retrieve the user roles from MS ACCESS through JAVA code? Similarly to change the user password through Java code.
Regards
Faraz
