I've a websites in PHP coding. Is it possible to embed text messaging application to send sms from my website to my users?

yes, why not, visit site www.txtimpact.com and signup and install sms gateway application into your website and start text messaging. You can get code of php to install sms gateway application in your website.

Yes, you can, just find a reliable gateway. My developers used Ozeki NG SMS Gateway for my website, and I'm satisfied with the service it provides.
