I'm new to the forum and hope someone can provide some help with a problem that I think may be related to a conflict with two different versions of Java 2 Runtime environment that are installed on my computer. My primary email service has stopped deleting messages when the delete key is clicked or if I select all messages and click delete the messages remain but the check in the box disappears. The display will usually correct if I click the refresh key. I use several email servers and this is only happening with the one that is related to my ISP. The two versions of Java 2 Runtime environment are second edition v 1.2.2 and SE v 1.4.1_2 Does anyone know if there is a conflict with these two versions that may be causing the problem described? The ISP Techs haven't been any help yet.
