What are the basic things I have to do to convert an ASP page to a Server-side JavaScript? My ASP uses Session variables, access database, use the <META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" Content="5;URL=trafficmonitor.asp"> method to query the database for data every 5 seconds and then display the data in a tabular format.

I also want to use the innerHTML to replace the entire table every 5 seconds without refreshing the entire page.

Any recommendation?

Well you just have to convert the VB Script to JavaScript. There are a few gotchas but if you know JavaScript it's not too difficult.
