Hi friends,

I have a couple of questions...

1)How to close a child window when the parent window is closed....?

2)How to open a modal pop up window...? (with out using showmodaldialog)....
OR
I want to make the window opened with window.open() a modal one. How to do that.....?

For point 2, perhaps you could put this in the pop-up window's code:

window.onblur=function(){window.focus()}

It is half done...

When I select a diff. window from the task bar and again the parent window , the child is not showing up...For a modal window it is there...

Is there any way to do this ......?
