Default play wave files

there r some questions i want 2 ask
1. when the page loads, a wave file should be played (only once)
2. when the page loads, a wave file should be player (repeat again n again)
3. when i move my mouse over a link, a wave file should be played (only once)
4. when i click on a link, a wave file should be played (only once)

errrrrrrrrrrrr ... 4 questions ... i hope u won't mind
