Default offsite link to iframes index page and child frame

I have a menu on another site that needs to link to various pages on my iframe site.
So one link needs to go to:
iframes page-> child1.htm
and iframes page-> child2.htm
and etc.

So my question is, how can I create offsite links to the iframes site that will open the index page AND a specified page in the iframe?

hours of searching forums and I haven't found anything yet :(
