Default used JScript to parse xml data

i have parsed xml using JScript and now
i have to create a checkox near the parsed data . i tried doing it in the normal html format but its not working
the checkbox created has to return a value to the main HTA.

please help me out

 this parsed xml is a new HTA which pops up when a checkbox is clicked on the main frame.

please help me out
i do not know how to proceed
