Is it possible to write a search page in Javascript? If so, how can I do this?

Thanks in advance,

Well, here's something to look at. Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for.

Also, type this into your browser for the code in his js_search file:

Hope it helps!;)

Please clarify... what this appears to do is submit a search to a server and then display the results from the server.

So, basically, the real search is done on a server somewhere.

Which is what I would expect, but am I correct?

Thanks!

Sorry...:( I'm not the creator of this script, but what you say makes sense to me.

Yes. I just looked at it and it does search on another server whil (I think) displaying the results on your site
